Freyya’s Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Freyya!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 5 days of your purchase, if 5 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges:

- Your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in.
- ⁠The item must be in the original packaging with all its labels.
- ⁠To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase such as your order number.
- ⁠Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- ⁠If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- The maximum refund period is 7 business days.
- ⁠We charge 80 egp from the total price for return fees.

Standard Shipping:
Our orders might take from 1 to 6 days for them to reach you depending on your location.

Express Shipping:
Only if you’re in Cairo and wish to receive your order as soon as possible, you may pay 170 EGP and receive it on the same day or the following day.

Pickups:
Also, you might choose to pick up your item from our office. In that case, you’ll have to DM us for the address. We work Sunday through Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM.
